This privacy policy describes what data hustl3r ("the app", "we") collects when
you use it, why, and how you can control or remove that data. It applies to the
iOS app and any subdomain of hustl3r.com.
We're a tiny independent studio. Our incentive is to keep this short, readable, and honest. If you want a longer GDPR-shaped version, ask us at the email above.
1. What we collect

1.2 What the device collects automatically
- Apple Push Notification token (a per-device identifier Apple gives us) — only used to send the daily lesson reminder.
- Last-active timestamp — so our daily-lesson cron knows you're still using the app and worth generating a lesson for.
- Subscription status (start date, expiration, trial status) — so we know whether to show the paywall or the dashboard.
1.3 What we do NOT collect
- Browsing history, location coordinates, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or any device sensor data.
- Analytics events from third-party SDKs. We don't ship Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar. We use Plausible (cookie-free, GDPR-compliant) on
hustl3r.comonly — not in the app. - Crash reports beyond what Apple's TestFlight + App Store auto-collect for developers.
2. Where it lives
- Supabase (EU-hosted, AWS Frankfurt region) — primary database for accounts, quiz answers, deep-analysis results, dashboard state, and subscription status.
- n8n Cloud (EU-hosted) — workflow runtime that processes your quiz into a personalized analysis. Workflow runs are kept for 30 days then auto-purged.
- OpenRouter / Anthropic / Perplexity — receive your quiz answers + extended profile (without your name/email) only during analysis runs. They do not store the data per their respective DPA contracts.
- Apple App Store — handles your subscription billing. We never see your card details.
We do NOT sell your data to anyone. Ever.
3. How long we keep it

4. Your rights (GDPR + global)
You have the right to:
- Access — ask for a copy of every row we hold tied to your account
- Correct — fix anything inaccurate
- Delete — wipe your account and everything tied to it
- Export — JSON dump of your quiz answers, analysis, roadmap progress
- Withdraw consent — sign out + delete the app any time
Email peer@hustl3r.com with the subject "DATA REQUEST" — we'll act within 14 days.
You can also delete your account directly inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). This wipes your users row and cascades the deletion to every related table (analyses, profiles, subscriptions, daily_lessons, etc).
5. Children
hustl3r is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EU). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone in those age brackets. If you believe we have, email peer@hustl3r.com and we'll delete it.
6. Changes to this policy
We'll bump the "Last updated" date and post the diff at hustl3r.com/privacy/changelog. Material changes (new third-party processors, new data categories) will trigger an in-app notification when you next open the app.
