COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I cancel my subscription?+

iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → hustl3r → Cancel Subscription. Two taps total. The cancellation kicks in at the end of your current period — you keep access until then.

I cancelled but I'm still being charged+

Apple processes cancellations on a delay. If you cancel during the trial, no charge happens. If you cancel after a charge, you keep access through the end of that week — Apple won't refund automatically. Email us with your transaction ID and we'll route to Apple's refund flow.

Can you delete all my data?+

Yes. Two ways: (1) inside the app — Settings → Account → Delete account, OR (2) email us with subject 'DELETE MY ACCOUNT' from the email tied to your Apple ID. We delete everything tied to your user ID within 30 days, no questions.

The daily lesson didn't show up today+

Check that notifications are enabled (iOS Settings → hustl3r → Notifications). If they are and there's still no lesson, our cron likely hiccupped — open the app and pull-to-refresh on the dashboard, or email us with your account email.

I want to switch archetypes / retake the quiz+

On the dashboard tap your user pill → 'Retake test'. We confirm before wiping your current roadmap (which IS irreversible — you'll start a fresh 30 days).
