Terms of Service — hustl3r
Last updated: 2026-05-04 Operator: Mango Studio, contact: peer@hustl3r.com
By installing or using hustl3r ("the app"), you agree to these terms. We're a small studio — these terms are deliberately short and direct.
1. What hustl3r is
hustl3r is a side-hustle coaching app. It:
- Matches you to a side hustle via a quiz + scoring engine
- Generates a personalized 30-day plan via AI (Claude, Perplexity)
- Sends a daily lesson + accountability check
- Surfaces curated YouTube courses, real-world challenges, and niche social communities
It is NOT financial advice, business advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of income. Side hustles take work. Some succeed, some don't. We help you pick one that fits — the actual results depend on you.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple. We use your stable Apple identifier as your account key. You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure — if someone else gets into your Apple account, they can sign into hustl3r as you.
You can delete your account any time (Settings → Account → Delete account, or email peer@hustl3r.com). Deletion is irreversible and wipes all your data within 30 days.
3. Subscription + free trial
- 7-day free trial on first subscription. No charge during the trial.
- After the trial, €4.99/week (or local equivalent), auto-renews weekly.
- Cancel any time via iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → hustl3r → Cancel Subscription.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
- Payment goes through your Apple ID — we never see your card details.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policy. We can't issue refunds directly.
- Pricing may change with 30 days' notice + your active consent at renewal.
4. What you can and can't do with the app
You can:
- Use it for yourself
- Share screenshots, your archetype card, or your roadmap with friends
- Cancel any time
You can't:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape it
- Resell or relicense any part of it
- Use it to harass, defraud, or harm others
5. Content + AI output
The daily lessons, achievements, and roadmaps are generated by AI (Claude Haiku, Perplexity). They are personalized but not perfect — sometimes the AI will be wrong, generic, or off-base. Use your own judgment.
We curate the YouTube courses, but we don't control YouTube. If a video is removed by its creator, the link breaks. Tell us and we'll find a replacement.
6. Outbound links
We link to:
- YouTube videos (for embedded courses)
- Social profiles (Instagram, TikTok, X) for the niche communities we curate
- Tool websites (Canva, CapCut, Notion, etc) for recommended tools
We may earn affiliate commission on some tool links — when we do, we'll mark them with a small "↗" icon. We never recommend a tool just because it pays us — every recommendation is from real research.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We don't promise:
- Specific income outcomes from any side hustle
- 100% uptime (we use Supabase, n8n, OpenRouter — they have outages too)
- Bug-free experience (it's a small studio shipping fast — bugs happen)
What we do promise:
- We'll fix bugs as fast as we can spot them
- We'll keep your data safe per our privacy policy
- We won't sell your data, ever
8. Liability cap
To the max extent allowed by law, our liability for any damages arising from your use of hustl3r is capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to these terms
We'll bump the "Last updated" date. Material changes (price increase, new restrictions) will trigger an in-app notification when you next open the app + you'll have 30 days to cancel before the new terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country — TBD, likely Germany since Peer's based there]. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email goes to the competent court of [city — TBD].
EU consumers retain all mandatory rights under their local consumer protection law — these terms don't override anything that's mandatory in your jurisdiction.
11. Contact
Email peer@hustl3r.com for anything: questions, refund requests (we'll route to Apple), bug reports, feature ideas, or "delete my account please".
